As the Financial Services Account Manager for Central / Eastern Europe (CEE), you’ll be responsible for driving growth in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Romania encompassing an existing customer base and a promising pipeline. Your primary objective is to expand our valuable customer base in the territory, cultivating long-lasting relationships directly and in partnership with our key partners including Google and Visa.

Main Responsibilities
- Expand our customer base in the Financial Services sector:
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities within the assigned region, driving customer acquisition and expanding Snowdrop’s market presence.
- Work effectively with our partners, leveraging their expertise and networks to maximise client acquisition and achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with key partners, including Google and Visa, leveraging their networks and expertise to expand Snowdrop’s reach and enhance client offerings.
- Collaborate for seamless delivery and execution:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Snowdrop’s Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless alignment and efficient execution of client acquisition strategies.
- Structured sales pipeline management:
- Implement a structured approach to prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new client opportunities, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-potential clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives, driving measurable results and exceeding expectations.
- Data-driven forecasting and reporting:
- Accurately input and manage sales pipeline forecasts in our CRM system on a weekly basis, providing real-time insights into revenue projections.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, optimising sales performance and maximising revenue growth.
Essential Experience
- 2 to 4 years working in an Account Executive or Business Development role in the Financial Services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Negotiation skills to secure deals and manage contracts
- Understanding of common financial services challenges (e.g., fraud prevention, risk management, customer experience)
- Ability to achieve short-term objectives in the context of long-term goals for you and the company
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in FinTech/API/SaaS Sales
- Additional language skills: Polish required, plus ideally another language
